release date?

2009, according to the trailer. No set release date.

Trust me, I know what I'M talking about. :3

After looking around, I noticed that the BMS crew changed it now apparently.

It USED to require HL2 and CSS, but somehow they got around it. If you don't believe me or something it's cool, at least I know I was right >:3

If it USED to, then it wasn't a total conversion at the time. Whatever. Either way it's going to be great ^-^

This is going to be so awesome

It sure is C:

yawn.

Go back to Halo kthx

I have teh L4D demo, but it has the source engine in it? does tht mean I can play these mods? :D!

You need to actually own a Source game, sorry :( Demo's won't cut it. But you can go and buy Half-Life 2 Deathmatch on Steam for only $4.99.

If you do buy HL2:DM, be sure to run it at least once (just run it, but you may as well play some.. it's still fun). THEN you'll be able to play mods correctly ;p

Lemme reword that, the l4d demo does have the source engine in it.. lulz

No, L4D (demo and full) USE the Source Engine. Same engine that powers Half-Life 2, TF2, Portal, etc.. all the same engine (:
